The first step is to ensure that your financing is in order, and if you don’t have a loan officer, I will recommend an experienced one with a proven track record. Then we’ll talk about your wants and needs in a home, so I can set up hot sheets and an automatic search out of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) so you will be informed as soon as a property meeting your criteria hits the market. When you find a home you want to purchase, I will run a comparative market analysis (CMA) so you know your offer price is reasonable and one you are confident with, and I will represent you 100% during the offer and negotiating stages. I will keep you informed of your deadlines for items such as scheduling the home inspection and obtaining your final financing approval so you stay on track for your closing day. And it doesn’t end at the closing table. I am a resource for life!
